Temporary closure of reception

Our reception and Customer Service Centre will be closed to the public between Monday 19 October 2026 and Sunday 3 January 2027. This is so we can carry out some planned refurbishment works at the Civic Centre. You can read more about the closure.

You should use this form to request planning documents only.

Building Control documents

If you need a copy of a document related to Building Control, such as Final Certificates, building control inspections and copy documents, you can find out how to view current building control applications and archived records.

Compliance with S106 agreement

If you need confirmation that your project has met the conditions of the Section 106 agreement, you can apply for confirmation of compliance with S106 Agreement.

Discharge of planning conditions

If you require formal confirmation that all conditions on a planning application have been discharged, you can request confirmation of discharge of planning conditions.

Planning documents

If you have the planning application reference number, you may not need to request a copy from us, as you can also view the documents online now. Our standard response time is around 10 working days.
