Opening hours

The opening hours for our Civic Centre offices are 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. 

We are closed on bank holidays.

Freighter House, our Waste and Recycling office, is also open from 8:45am to 4:45pm, Monday to Friday.

Our other services, such as our sports centres, Theatres and Museums, open at different times.

Christmas opening hours

We will close at 2pm on Friday 24 December 2021 and reopen at 10am on Tuesday 4 January 2022.
