Getting to the Civic Centre
Temporary reception space closure
Our reception and Customer Service Centre will be closed to the public between Monday 19 October 2026 and Sunday 3 January 2027. This is so we can carry out some planned refurbishment works at the Civic Centre.
Contacting us by phone
Although you won’t be able to visit us in person, our Customer Service Centre team is still available over the phone. You can call us, Monday to Friday, between 10am and 4pm on 01245 606606 (except the last Wednesday of the month, when lines are closed to all but emergency contacts).
