Application delays

We are currently experiencing delays in processing new valid applications received between 1 May 2026 and 8 June 2026, due to unexpected staff shortages. This may result in delays in acknowledging your application, and we may need to request extensions of time while we process your application. We are actively working to address this backlog as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience. We apologise for any inconvenience.

This form is only for requesting confirmation that all conditions on an application have been discharged. You should submit one form per planning application.

You will need to pay a fee for this service of £309. If the related permission was for extending or altering a dwelling house or other development in the curtilage, such as the garden of a dwelling house, the fee is £89. (VAT is not applicable.)

Once we have registered your request, we will respond within 20 working days.
