‘Simpler Recycling’ rules

The government recently brought in new rules about what councils have to collect and recycle. This is to help standardise collections across England. However, our current recycling scheme is already compliant with rules, meaning we have not had to make any changes.

Garden waste stickers

When you subscribe for garden waste collections for 2026-27, we will send out your stickers as soon as possible via Royal Mail. If you don't receive your sticker within four weeks of subscribing, you can contact us. To help with a continuous service, you need to put your new sticker on your bin, underneath the handles, as soon possible after it arrives.

When to use this form

You should only use this form to contact us if you have queries about the garden waste subscription scheme.

You need to use our:

Garden Waste Subscription form, if you want to sign up or renew
missed collections form, to report a missed collection of your current brown bin
