Plastic sack deliveries

We are currently delivering plastic sacks and food waste bags to all households. We expect to finish our deliveries by the end of October. If you are concerned that you have not received your items yet, we suggest you wait until the end of the delivery period before you contact us. We will not be delivering calendars at this stage, as we are currently updating our collection routes. You can read more about the route updates.

Missed collection process

If you are reporting a missed collection for the first time, you need to use our dedicated missed collection reporting process, and you will not be able to continue with this general contact form.

Missed communal bins

You need to report the missed collection to your managing agent for your flats.

If you are having an issue with you bins being missed on multiple occasions, you can call us on 01245 615800 so we can discuss the matter with you in detail.
