We can collect large items from outside your flat or house, such as sofas, fridge freezers and sheds.

Before you request a large item collection, you need to make sure your item is something that we can collect.

If your item is too good to throw away, you could donate it to a good cause. The British Heart Foundation offers a free collection service for furniture and electrical items.

You can book your large item collection for a specific day, but you can't reserve a timeslot.
