Temporary closure of reception

Our reception and Customer Service Centre will be closed to the public between Monday 19 October 2026 and Sunday 3 January 2027. This is so we can carry out some planned refurbishment works at the Civic Centre. You can read more about the closure.

PCN scams

You will only receive a PCN as a physical ticket on your vehicle or a letter to the registered keeper for the vehicle. We will never send you a text or email about a PCN.
