Our call centre is closed on Bank Holidays.

The MiPermit call centre is open from 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday. It is temporarily closed at weekends, but will be open from 10am to 4pm on all Bank Holidays. All automated MiPermit services are running 24 hours a day, seven days a week as normal.

Getting locked in one of our car parks

If you are locked in one of our car parks after it closes, you can call 01245 606299. You will need to pay a £50 release fee.


Lost tickets

If you lose your ticket in a car park with a barrier, you will need to pay an £18 lost ticket fee. This applies to High Chelmer, Meadows Retail and Townfield Street.


Blue badge holders

If you are a Blue Badge holder, you can park in a disabled bay for the first three hours. After three hours, you will need to pay normal prices.
