Early start for collections

Due to predicted hot weather, we will begin collections at 6am instead of the normal 7am start time. This is to minimise the effect of the weather on our collection crews. It will apply from Tuesday 7 to Friday 10 July 2026.

Garden waste stickers

When you subscribe for garden waste collections for 2026-27, we send the stickers via Royal Mail. If you don't receive your sticker within four weeks of subscribing, you must contact us. To help with a continuous service, you need to put your new sticker on your bin, underneath the handles, as soon possible after it arrives.

We introduced an opt-in subscription service for garden waste in March 2025.
