Temporary closure of reception

Our reception and Customer Service Centre are currently closed to the public for refurbishment and will reopen on Monday 4 January 2027. You can read more about the closure.

Notice about restricted parking

There will be a temporary hold of traffic around Threadneedle Street on Monday 2 November, to enable a third party filming around Shire Hall. This will affect access to the disabled parking bays at our Shopmobility kiosk. We expect the disruption to be cleared by lunchtime. We apologise for any inconvenience.
