Garden waste stickers

If you subscribed for a 2026-27 garden waste collection before 5 February, we have now sent out your sticker via Royal Mail. If you have not yet received a sticker, we request that you do not contact us about yet, to give Royal Mail a chance to make their deliveries.

When to use this form

You should only use this form to contact us if you have queries about the garden waste subscription scheme.

You need to use our:

Garden Waste Subscription form, if you want to sign up or renew
missed collections form, to report a missed collection of your current brown bin
