Missed collection process

If you are reporting a missed collection for the first time, you need to use our dedicated missed collection reporting process, and you will not be able to continue with this general contact form.

Missed communal bins

You need to report the missed collection to your managing agent of the flats, or you can contact us directly on 01245 615800.

If you are having an issue with you bins being missed on multiple occasions, you can call us on 01245 615800 so we can discuss the matter with you in detail.
