Plastic sack and collection calendar deliveries

We are currently delivering plastic sacks, food waste bags and collection calendars to all households. We expect to finish our deliveries by the end of October. If you are concerned that you have not received your items yet, we suggest you wait until the end of the delivery period before you contact us.

Missed collection process

If you are reporting a missed collection for the first time, you need to use our dedicated missed collection reporting process, and you will not be able to continue with this general contact form.

Missed communal bins

You need to report the missed collection to your managing agent of the flats, or you can contact us directly on 01245 615800.

If you are having an issue with you bins being missed on multiple occasions, you can call us on 01245 615800 so we can discuss the matter with you in detail.
