If we issue you with a parking fine (officially called a Penalty Charge Notice or PCN), we will only ever issue it as a physical ticket on your vehicle or a letter to the registered keeper of the vehicle. 

We will never send you a text or email about a PCN.

If you receive any kind of texts or emails about a PCNs, they will always be fake. You should never click on any links in these messages, as they will try to steal your personal or financial information. 

If you think you have been scammed, you should contact your bank or payment provider to report it and ask them to block or reverse any payments. You should also to report it via the national Report Fraud service.
