What are the activities on the night?
- Monday 10 June from 6.30pm to 9pm
- Special themed Arena Classes on the gym floor are also available. Three time slots to choose from (6.45pm to 7.15pm, 7.30pm to 8pm or 8.15pm to 8.45pm).
- Book by calling the membership team on 01245 615079 or email riverside@chelmsford.gov.uk
- On the night you will be greeted by our staff at the centre on arrival and you will be asked to complete a gym waiver before starting the session (non-members only).
- There is a male group changing area and a female group changing area located by studio 2 on the first floor.
- A Changing Places area is located by studio 1 on the first floor.
- Lockers are a refundable £1 coin or token and are located in the dryside changing room near the gym on the first floor.
- You can only book a space on the special Arena Classes if you are accompanied by a non-member.
- Booking essential for non-members.
- Non-members must complete medical waiver before exercise.
- Max 1 Arena class per person.
- You must be over 18 years of age to claim the free trial.
