App for our Leisure Centres
Our booking system comes with a free, dedicated app for our members.
The Chelmsford City Sports app allows you to quickly find and book classes, hear about the latest news and offers, and manage your membership.

You’ll need a monthly membership, an ourChelmsford Lite account or a Plus account to book.
Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to login using your Our Chelmsford account details.
The log in details will be the email address you used when setting up your account. If you do not know your password, simply select forgotten password and follow the steps to reset it.
You can also use the app to gain entry to our leisure centres (with the exception of South Woodham Ferrers).
To access the gates, turnstiles or smart tiles using the app, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Chelmsford City Sports App
2. Go to the home screen of your chosen leisure centre
3. Select the Check In icon
4. Scan the QR code or tap your phone on the contactless icon
