ECO Flexible Eligibility
The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) requires large energy companies to improve the energy efficiency of households in fuel poverty.
Our Statement of Intent sets out how what households we think should qualify for this help, under a scheme called ECO Flexible Eligibility.
You will only be eligible if you own your own home or live in privately rented accommodation. It is up to your energy supplier to make the final decision, so even if we think you are eligible, you may not receive help.
