Planned maintenance

We are carrying out maintenance work on our online system for Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates.

This maintenance will take place from Monday 20 April at 8:30am to Tuesday 21 April at 5:30pm. This maintenance may prevent you from accessing your account.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

If you receive a text or call from 01245 822528, 01245 822636, 01245 822153 or 01245 822154 asking you to contact us, this is not a scam. We have employed an external firm to make automated calls on our behalf and they are using these phone numbers.
