Once we receive your request, we will send you a letter containing your PIN within five working days, if you have a current Council Tax account.
If you are moving into the area or have moved with Chelmsford, we will send your PIN after we have processed your move.
We need to send the PIN by post to the property, for security reasons.
You can register a profile now, but you will need the PIN to link it to your Council Tax account.
