Play in the Park

Play in the Park is a series of free two-hour multi-activity sessions for children aged 3-11 years at various community and parish venues during the Easter & Summer Holidays.

Each two hour long session is packed full of sports, games, arts and crafts. Selected sessions will also feature special ‘Extras’ such as; cycle awareness, soft play and parkour lessons with qualified professionals!

The scheme has now come to an end for 2016 having provided fun and educational activities for 4,147 local children.

We are always looking for ways to improve and ensure that the range of activities we provide is diverse enough to keep all children entertained, regardless of their age, gender or interests.

If you can spare a few minutes to complete our questionnaire, you will be helping to ensure that Play in the Park 2017 is the best that it can be! All responses are anonymous and we will be extremely grateful of any feedback you can offer.

We will be back in the Easter of 2017, if you want to be the first to hear when dates are available, then make sure you sign up to the Communtiy Sport and Wellbeing mailing list, or 'like' our Facebook page!
