The Self and Custom Build Register allows us to assess the level of demand for this form of housing within our administrative area. The register will allow us to put would-be self builders in touch with relevant third party landowners, developers, land agents, housing associations or other appropriate groups that deal in, or wish to be involved in self/custom build.
The provision of Self Build and Custom Build plots will be a matter for our Local Plan. If you wish to register for updates on the progress of the Local Plan and make comments on future consultations, you can register your details.
