New Hylands car park fees and charges

We will be introducing some new fees and charges in our Hylands car parks from Wednesday 1 April 2026.

Hylands car parks

London Road car park You should park here if you plan to walk the perimeter of Hylands Park and to the Serpentine Lake. It is also an overflow car park for those attending events in Hylands House and the Grand Pavilion.
The Stables Visitor Centre car park You can park here for The Stables, Deli café, Artists’ Studios, Information Point, Artists' Shop and Book shop. Park here for events in Hylands House or the Grand Pavilion, and visiting the Pleasure Gardens.
Writtle car park This is the largest car park at Hylands Estate and the closest car park to Go Ape, the Adventure Playground and The Deli Kiosk.
