Dive into our exciting Scuba diving course at both Riverside Leisure Centre and South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre (SWFLC).
This fun session will show children aged 8 to 16 the basics of scuba diving in just 2 to 3 hours.
Under the watchful eye of the Orca Scuba Academy Diving instructors, this course starts in the classroom with a safety briefing, and then it’s off to the pool!

You can't pay for this course using Childcare vouchers and we cannot offer discounts on this course, as it is run by an external provider.
South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre:
- You can book online or call 01245 605600.
- You will need an ourChelmsford card to book.
- Children will need to bring swimwear and a t-shirt to wear in the water.
- Parents and guardians will need to sign a medical statement before children can participate.
- Please read our pre-course information before booking and attending the course.
- If you have not booked and paid for a session online, you will not be able to attend.
- Please arrive five minutes before your child's course is due to start.
