Ground floor café

Our spacious ground floor café is a wonderful place to sit and relax. It has extensive indoor seating and a picturesque outdoor terrace overlooking the river. Other facilities include toilets, an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities.

The café is open to customers and the public alike, serving a range of treats including Paddy and Scott's coffee, soups, hot meals, sandwiches snacks and cakes.  Dogs are welcome on the outside terrace but are not permitted in the internal café area.

The café is open from 9am to 5pm during the week, with late opening till 7pm on Wednesdays and from 9am to 4pm during weekends.

Our café is also part of the Chatty Café scheme which aims to reduce loneliness and isolation by offering Chatter and natter tables where people can get together and chat. 

Mezzanine café

We also have a mezzanine café on the first floor next to the ice rink. It has a comfortable seating area and serves a range of snacks and treats.

Our ground floor treatment rooms are home to Chelmsford Physio, a team of highly specialised Physiotherapists, Soft Tissue therapists and associate Doctors and Consultants.
