Notification of interest in a premises
If you want to receive updates about licensing applications for a premises, you can submit a notification of interest.
To submit a notification of interest, you must have a legal interest in the premises.
You can have a legal interest in a premises if you are a:
- freeholder
- leaseholder
- mortgagee
- occupier
Apply
To apply for a notification of interest, you must:
- download the application form from the GOV.UK website
- complete the application form
- send your application to us online
- pay the £21 application fee
Once we have received your form and your application fee, we will send you a confirmation after five working days.
A notification of interest in a premises lasts for 12 months from the day of your confirmation. If you want to renew your notification of interest, you must submit a new application.
