Licensing policies and objectives
We are the Licensing Authority for the Chelmsford area, and grant licences for:
- the sale and/or supply of alcohol
- the provision of regulated entertainment
- the provision of late night refreshment
We grant:

- club premises certificates
- Temporary Event Notices
- personal licences

Licensing objectives
We follow four licensing objectives, which are:
