Women Time helps women to be more active, and gives them the chance to try a new sport in a friendly, non-competitive environment.
We have successfully secured a grant to run a range of low-cost activities in 2026, just for women. These may include weightlifting for peri/menopause, learning to ride a bike, water sports, tennis and multi-activity mental health sessions.
