We will be at this venue on:
- Monday 4 August, from 10am to 12pm
- Monday 18 August, from 10am to 12pm
As well as the usual fun and games with our playworkers, we are also running extra activities at selected sessions.
- Monday 4 August: Dragonball with Dragonball UK
- Monday 18 August: Skateboarding and scooter workshops with Team Rubicon
Dragonball is a multi-skill sport where players use their hands and feet to kick, throw and pass the Dragonballs in teams to score goals. Games can be played running, at walking pace, in wheelchairs, and the game adapts to the age and abilities of the players. Dragonball is the sport played in the “Sammy Rambles” series of books written by JT Scott.
All equipment for the skateboarding and scootering is provided by Team Rubicon, but you are free to bring your own if you would prefer.

The park can be accessed via Main Road (A414) and Mayes Lane and is next to the Sports and Social Centre.
How to get there
By car
Car parking is available at this venue using the Sports Centre entrance on the main road, which is directly opposite the library. Additional parking is also accessible from Mayes Lane. There is no charge for either of these car parks.
By bus
Use route 31, 331 and 336. Alight at Eve's Corner.
