Newlands Spring walk
This 2.4 mile, medium intensity walk explores the pretty woodland area surrounding Newlands Spring and Melbourne Park.
This circular walk heads through a pretty woodland area before meandering through the residential streets of Newlands Spring, incorporating green spaces and some country views in the summer. Then explore Melbourne Park before heading back to your starting point.
There is some uneven ground and it can be muddy, making it buggy friendly but unsuitable for wheelchairs. Toilets are available at Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre.
The walk leaders have set a specific route for the walk and risk assessed it, to provide the safest walking environment possible. This means the route cannot be changed.
