Moulsham Mill walk
This high intensity, 60 to 90 minute walk takes in views of the river, leading all the way up to Sandford Mill lock.
Our longest walk begins at Moulsham Mill and leads up to Sandford Mill lock, using the river path for most of this pretty route. There are varying route options for more experienced walkers.
There is some uneven ground and the route can be muddy, making it unsuitable for buggies or wheelchairs. Toilets are available at Moulsham Mill.

- Make sure you wear comfortable, sensible shoes and clothes appropriate for the weather. Please make sure you bring sun lotion and water in the summer.
- Unfortunately, we cannot allow any dogs other than assistance animals.

How to get there
By bus
Get off at the Army and Navy stop on Parkway. This is available on routes 1a, 1b, 3, 3z, 3b, 11a, 31, 31a, 31b, 31c, 31d, 31x, 36, 40, 41, 45, 45a, 48, 48a, 48b, 48c, 50, 71, 71a, 71x, 72 and 510.

Cycle routes run from the City Centre.

Free parking (including accessible spaces) is available at Moulsham Mill.
