Anglia Ruskin walk
Run in partnership with Anglia Ruskin University, this 1.5 mile walk takes around 35 to 45 minutes exploring some of the prettiest parts of the Chelmer river bank and Springfield Hall Park. The route is suitable for wheelchairs and buggies.
Our walk leaders will guide you along some of the prettiest parts of the river bank and through Springfield Hall Park on this off-road, medium intensity walk.
There are some inclines and this route is especially suitable for fast walkers, but it is wheelchair and buggy friendly, and all are welcome.
Toilets may not be available at the ARU campus.
Please note that, for each walk, a specific route has been agreed and risk assessed to provide the safest walking environment possible. This cannot be changed.
