First class is free. Iyengar Yoga classes run throughout the weeks in different venues in Chelmsford, Highwood, Little Baddow and North End. Daytime and evening classes available. All ages and abilities welcomed. Beginners, improvers and intermediate level classes offered plus one-to-one sessions. All class details are on the website. Fully certified level 3 Iyengar Yoga teacher, teaching Yoga since 2005.
