Carers employed by a local authority or charity

An employed carer must be:

• providing care or support on behalf of a local authority or a charity
• employed to provide care and support for at least 24 hours per week
• earning up to £44 per week as payment for the care you provide
• living in the property with the person you are providing care to

You must send your completed copy of the form to us.
