Planned maintenance

We are carrying out maintenance work on our online system for Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates.

This maintenance will take place from Monday 20 April at 8:30am to Tuesday 21 April at 5:30pm. This maintenance may prevent you from accessing your account.

If you are of state pension age, you may be eligible for a Second Adult Rebate.

You can apply for a Second Adult Rebate if:

you are of state pension age
you can't claim a single person discount as a low income non-dependent lives with you

To apply for a Second Adult Rebate, you will need:

your Council Tax account number
your name, address and contact details
to provide evidence of the non-dependent's income
