The government recently brought in new rules about what councils have to collect and recycle. This is to help standardise collections across England. However, our current recycling scheme is already compliant with rules, meaning we have not had to make any changes.
Waste collection services for business

If a bin is not suitable for you, we also provide a prepaid waste sacks service. You can buy a roll of 20 sacks for £91, which includes collection.
As a local authority, waste collections with us are VAT exempt.
All prices are valid until 31 March 2027.
What you can put in your bin
You can dispose of your non-recyclable waste in your residual waste collection.
This includes:
- animal waste
- bubble wrap
- box strapping
- dirty packaging
- nappies
- polystyrene
What you can't put in your bin
There are some items that you can't put in your residual waste, including:
- recyclable materials
- batteries
- electrical items
- liquids
- oil
- paint
