Treasury Management and Investment Sub-Committee

This sub-committee scrutinises and monitors treasury management.

This includes: 

• the management of our investments and cash flows

• our banking, money market and capital market transactions

• the effective control of the risks associated with those activities

• the pursuit of optimum performance consistent with those risks

Essentially, therefore, the sub-committee makes sure that we manage our financial assets carefully and sensibly.
