Chelmsford City Council

Chelmsford, along with the rest of England, is now in lockdown until further notice. You can find out what this means and get other useful information on our coronavirus updates page.

Report a park problem

Due to the current lockdown, we will be closing all tennis courts and multi-use sports surfaces in our parks from midnight on Wednesday 6 January. Our parks themselves are still open. Outdoor play areas and toilets will also remain open. You can check our coronavirus updates page for more information.

Report now

You can contact us to report a problem in a park or allotment, including:

  • vandalism or damage

  • someone who isn't following our guidelines

  • an area that needs maintenance, or an area you think we missed something during our routine maintenance

To report a problem in a park or allotment, or if you have an enquiry, you will need:

  • your name, address and contact details
  • details of the issue or enquiry

Once we receive your report or enquiry, we will contact you within five working days to confirm what action we are taking.

You can find out if we own a piece of land, by viewing this map.
