Chelmsford Cycle Forum
The Chelmsford Cycling Charter has been created by the Chelmsford Cycle Forum.
This forum normally meets two to three times a year and has representatives from local authorities, national charities, businesses, schools and community and public health groups. All have an interest in cycling.
