Temporary closure of reception

Our reception and Customer Service Centre will be closed to the public between Monday 19 October 2026 and Sunday 3 January 2027. This is so we can carry out some planned refurbishment works at the Civic Centre. You can read more about the closure.

You can use the form on this page for queries relating to Chelmsford Cycling Forum, or the Cycling Charter.

You should not use this form to contact us about improvements to the cycle network or highway maintenance. These matters fall under Essex Highways.
