Wellness Off Peak (SWFLC only)

Our South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre (SWFLC) Wellness Off Peak membership offers you unlimited access to SWFLC's facilities during off peak hours, giving you a great value membership at times that work for you.

South Woodham’s 25m pool, spacious gym with Technogym equipment and latest group exercise classes offer state of the art facilities to meet all your exercise needs. 

Along with up to three hours free parking, SWFLC's Wellness Off Peak membership offers you flexibility to suit your needs.

Our quick touch access card keeps all your information in one place, and allows you to exercise whenever suits you best.

All of our memberships are currently for a six calendar month commitment period.

With a SWFLC Wellness Off Peak membership, you'll receive: 

  • Use of the gym, pool and group exercise classes during off peak hours.
  • Up to three hours of car parking free (subject to availability).
  • You can book classes and activities included in your membership at SWFLC up to 10 days in advance.
  • £5 off both tiers of Chelmsford Theatre Membership.
  • 3foot People Festival: Priority booking 48 hours in advance of public ticket sale release (offer valid for 24 hour period only).

You can use your membership at our South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre during off peak times only. 

Off peak times for the gym, pool and group exercise classes are:

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Saturday and Sunday 12pm to close (8pm)

  • £35 monthly Direct Debit 
  • £31 monthly Direct Debit discounted rate

Discounted rates are available for:

  • Unemployed (claiming jobseekers allowance)
  • Full time students
  • People with disabilities (claiming either Personal Independence Payments (PIP) or Disability Living Allowance)
  • Essex Carers
  • Receipt of Income support
  • Universal Credit
  • Aged 65+
  • HM Armed Forces Veteran ID cardholders
  • Max Card (two adults and two children; the Max card holder must be in the group)
  • Aged 21 and under

You will need to provide proof of your eligibility for the discount when you join.
