Pay an environmental fine (FPN)
We will give you a fine (fixed penalty notice or FPN) if you commit an environmental crime.
To pay a fine, you will need:
- your unique FPN reference number
- an email address for your receipt
- your debit or credit card
You can pay your fine using most debit and credit cards or PayPal.
We don’t accept American Express.
If you don’t pay the fine, we will take you to court.
Parking fine
If you have received a parking fine (known as a Penalty Charge Notice or PCN), you can find out how to pay a PCN.
