Planned maintenance
We are carrying out maintenance work on our online system for Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates.
This maintenance will take place from Monday 9 February to Tuesday 10 February. This maintenance may prevent you from accessing your account.

Landlord or letting agent reporting a move
If you are a landlord or letting agent, you need to tell us if any tenants have moved:
- into your property
- out of your property
- both into and out of your property
To report tenants moving in or out, you will need:
- the names of the tenants
- details of the address it relates to
- the date of their move
