We are carrying out maintenance work on our online system for Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates.
This maintenance will take place from Friday 27 February to Monday 2 March. This maintenance may prevent you from accessing your account.

People permanently living in a care home or in an NHS hospital
We will disregard you if you
- move out of your home to live permanently in a care home or
- you are in hospital to receive long-term care and you are unable to go back your usual home address
You will need to provide:
- your name
- your date of birth
- the name and address of the care home or hospital
- the date you started living there
To apply as a disregarded person, you must contact us to tell us about your circumstances.
