Our Annual Report and Statement of Accounts includes information about the employees who are earning a salary of over £50,000 for the current financial year.

Chief Officer pay

Overall, we have 22 managers who fall within the definition of ‘Chief Officer’ with an average salary of £107,245, using the full-time equivalent salaries of their posts.

However, the average salary using actual pay (as some work on a part-time basis) equates to £103,649.

Relationship between pay/pay multiple

The ratio between the highest paid officer and the median remuneration for staff on permanent contract based on full-time equivalent is approximately 7.04:1.

However, calculating using existing annual salary makes it 7.44:1.
