The Sub-Committee considers representations on proposed traffic orders in the areas served by the South Essex Parking Partnership (SEPP). The SEPP area covers: 

• Basildon
• Brentwood
• Castle Point
• Chelmsford
• Maldon 
• Rochford

Membership 

There are three members of the sub-committee, drawn from the councillors on the South Essex Parking Partnership Joint Committee.
