We don't publish email addresses. Email is not a secure way of sending information and our contact forms allow us to better collect the information we need to deal with your enquiry.

Services such as highways (including footpaths, potholes, street lights, grass verges and roads), schools, libraries and social services are all run by Essex County Council.

Electoral Services This includes registering to vote, postal votes and information on any upcoming elections.
Housing This includes homelessness, applying for social housing and information for private tenants and landlords.
Parking This includes residents parking, parking fines and enforcement, and our car parks.
Parks This includes allotments, grass cutting, Hylands Estate and volunteering in our parks.
Planning or building control This includes making and commenting on planning applications, making a building control application or requesting a site visit, finding out if you need permission, trees and hedges, and local land charges.
