Anonymous submissions

Chelmsford City Council will not normally investigate anonymous complaints, unless the alleged breach is considered to be 'High Priority' (as set out in our Development Management Enforcement Plan). If you submit an anonymous report, you will not receive any further correspondence regarding the complaint, or updates on the progress of any investigations.
