Building Preservation Notices

We have served a Building Preservation Notice (BPN) under Section 3 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

This gives a building (or group of buildings) the same level of protection as a Listed Building for a period of six months, whilst Historic England consider them for listing.
