You can use our Planning Permission Enquiry form if you want to find out:

• the authorised use of land or a building
• the previous applications and consents related to the land or building
• whether your property has permitted development rights

We will provide written advice in response to your enquiry. A planning officer will respond within 20 working days of receiving your application. (Working days excludes weekends and bank holidays.)

The fee for written advice is £80.

All fees are valid until 31 March 2025.
