Summary of decision

The Director of Public Places will retire on 31st March and this post will be replaced by reallocating responsibilities to existing Directors/Assistant Directors. Arising from this Cabinet is being asked to make provision to reallocate any existing delegations previously given to the Director of Public Places granted by Cabinet specifically in relation to an individual decision.
